Spanish and Mexican Land Grants in California

Boundaries of the Spanish and Mexican Land grants as entered into the State of California land survey. GIS Shape files of the boundaries of the California Ranchos provided by Tracey Hughes, GIS Coordinator, Social Sciences & Humanities Library, UC San Diego. GIS layer of the Public Land Survey System (i.e. townships, ranges, sections) in California that includes Spanish and Mexican land grant areas (because they were excluded from surveys).
