Satellite Imagery and Map Collection In SEA

The objective of CSEAS metadatabase is to provide an Internet catalogue that documents the spatial data holdings and other media collections related to Southeast Asian Studies.;The collection is stored on a web database using Dublin Core standard and Unicode characters (UTF-8). This allowed us to easily employ the Internet resources for discovery and electronic document interchange in multiple languages.;At the beginning of 2002, we already have 429 satellite images, 715 maps, 2591 photos and GPS photos, 6810 anthropology files, and some SEAS articles. Continually the collection increases as time goes on.
